We are delighted to be a part of your upcoming Gender Reveal event and sincerely appreciate your trust in Celebration Company.

To ensure a smooth and memorable event, this contract outlines the terms and conditions of our agreement. Please review carefully and contact us with any questions.

Client’s Information:

Rental Items and Services:

The Company agrees to provide the following items and services for the Client’s event:

  • All items listed in the Gender Reveal Heart Package above

  • Other items as requested and confirmed by the Client

The Renter acknowledges receipt of said items in good condition and agrees to return them in the same condition.

Event Schedule:

The event shall begin on

The rental is a 24 hour rental and renter is responsible for making sure items have been returned or ready for pickup the following day by 12:00pm.

Fees and Payment Terms:

Client agrees to pay Company the total rental fee of   $350  

as outlined in the attached invoice or estimate. Payment shall be made with a credit cardwith a 30% deposit of

$105.00

due upon signing this Contract and the remaining balance due on or before the event date.

Delivery and Pickup:

The Owner will deliver the rented items to the event venue on

The Renter shall provide access to the venue and ensure that all items are readily available for pickup.

Quality and Condition:

The Company warrants that all Rental Items provided shall be of satisfactory quality and in good condition. The Client has the right to inspect all Rental Items upon delivery and notify the Company immediately of any damages or discrepancies.

Use of Rental Items:

Client agrees to use the Rental Items in a careful and proper manner and to return them to Company in the same condition as when received. Client shall be responsible for any damages, losses, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse or negligence.

Inspection of Rental Items:

Client has the right to inspect all Rental Items upon delivery and notify Company immediately of any damages or discrepancies.

Replacement of Rental Items:

In the event that any Rental Items are damaged beyond repair or lost during the rental period, Client agrees to pay Company the replacement cost of the damaged or lost items.

Substitution of Rental Items:

In the event that any Rental Items are damaged beyond repair or lost during the rental period, Client agrees to pay Company the replacement cost of the damaged or lost items.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by Client, the deposit shall be forfeited to Company. Cancellations made less than [Number] days before the event date may result in forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Weather Contingency Plan:

Client acknowledges that outdoor events are subject to weather conditions and agrees to provide an indoor alternative or reschedule the event in the event of inclement weather.

Liability and Insurance:

Client assumes all liability for injuries or damages arising out of the use of the Rental Items during the rental period. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, losses, or damages incurred.

Compliance with Laws:

Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances related to the use of the Rental Items during the event.

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating thereto. In witness whereof, the parties have executed this Contract as of the date first above written.
